They are fully compliant with employment, screening and assessment laws and never breach an individual’s privacy. SP Index’s profiling and reporting protects employers from causes and cases of discrimination due to the objective and independent nature of the report and its findings.
SP Index carry out full online social profiling in order to assess an individual’s online cognitive style across the wide digital footprint. A digital footprint includes much more than just the recognised sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn; and extends to all other websites where an individual has constructed a public profile. This may include sites such as Amazon, eBay, Blog sites, YouTube and LiveStream channel
An individual’s gathered data is not held by SP Index for any longer than is needed to carry out the report. The type of data that they may temporarily hold for research purposes is limited to that which is usually provided within a traditional process or as part of a CV. No sensitive personal data is used or held by them.
